What to include

• Your name.
• The phone number or email address used to contact us.
• A short statement requesting deletion of your data.

Verification

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request relates to you before completing a deletion request.

What happens next

After verification, we will review the request and delete eligible information from our active systems, subject to information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or operational reasons.
